Brian Thompson, PhD
Chief Executive Officer
Brian possesses the discipline and intellect to bridge aca-demia and private industry. His diverse background features a strong scientific foundation as well as objective and prac-tical business acumen.
An accomplished Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Connecticut. As CEO, Brian brings traditional organic chemistry principles to the isolation and purification of trace cannabinoids. He provides scientific guidance and expertise, business practicality, has an extensive professional network, and is passionate about cannabis exploration and development.
Greg Sotzing, PhD
Chief Scientific Officer
Greg is a fountain of energy and ideas. A PhD of Organic Chemistry from the University of Florida, and Postdoctoral Scholar at California Institute of Technology, Greg is currently a tenured Professor of Organic Chemistry.
Greg’s core competency is in the synthesis and purification of new compositions of matter as it pertains to molecular engineering, purification, and structural validation of new molecules for the field of organic electronics. The skills learned in this discipline, as well as the stringent require-ments for purity, bode well for 3BC’s focus on pure trace cannabinoids.
Rosanne Leake
Chief Marketing Officer
Rosanne is a senior consumer packaged goods industry leader with extensive experience in sales, marketing and branding. Her long career in the dynamic and extremely competitive alcohol industry is helping 3BC navigate the highly regulated cannabis industry.
Over a distinguished career with industry leader and international brewer Anheuser-Busch, Inc., now ABInbev, Rosanne’s experience extends across multiple business prin-ciples. She has experience building relationships with customers around the world, and brings a depth of marketing expertise to the company. Her strategic guidance is aiding 3BC in its dynamic growth.
Jasdeep Singh, Ed.D., MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Jasdeep’s organizational leadership background help 3BC build and maintain a positive culture of efficiency and effi-cacy. His experience also includes real-world budgeting, re-source deployment, advocacy, and marketing. In his role at 3BC, Jasdeep leads 3BC’s go-to-market strategy by marshal-ling the necessary resources to rapidly scale the company’s functions and brand recognition.
